- Production scheduling for machines and operators
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales division to determine customer requirements.
- Develop production schedule detailing all tasks and deadline to meet the shipment dates.
- Planning for equipment and the size of workforce required for every production jobs.
- Liaise with other related departments to ensure all workers, materials and machineries will be available when required.
- Monitor production progress to ensure it is following the schedule.
- Troubleshoot problem including staff shortage and machinery malfunction.
- Monitor production cost.
- Collect and assess data about the production and team performance.
- Submit production progress reports and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Degree in Operations/Manufacturing Management, or experienced in any other related field will be considered.
- Good communication skills (both written and oral).
- Team player and can work under pressure.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Familiar in Excel and Words, and any other computer related knowledge will be an advantage.
- Possess own transports.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling, setting & operating production machines, equipment, tools and any other company assets.
- Develop maintenance procedures & schedules, and ensure implementation.
- To investigate equipment breakdowns, provide troubleshooting support and monitor the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out so that machine downtime can be minimised.
- Suggest to superior if any upgrades and changes is needed to improve the performance of equipment and systems.
- To participate in daily production processes and product audit, test and review activities to achieve high equipment productivity and premium products quality.
- Update stock lists (spare part) after equipment maintenance or repair.
- Implement good 5S management for systematic, traceable, clean and safety workplace.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior.

- Possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic / CNC / Electrical / Electronic studies.
- Initiative and self-motivated.
- Able to work overtime with tight deadlines during production period.
- High responsibility and hard working
- Ability to work as a team with good attitude towards supervision
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
