Accounts Cum Admin Executive
Job Description:
  1. Handling full set accounts involving issuing invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Director on monthly basis.
  2. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any reconciliation differences.
  3. Prepare debtors statement and aging reports for debtors & creditors and reporting to superior.
  4. Follow up with debtors for any outstanding due invoice.
  5. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and up-to-date.
  6. Handling and submission of SST before deadline.
  7. Prepare annual auditing of accounting records and liaising with external auditor and corporate secretaries on all auditing issues.
  8. Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, advisors and other regulatory bodies for relevant work requirements and compliance’s.
  9. Filling of updated, complete and accurate supplier quotations/price lists, and verify all the Purchase Orders/Petty Cash claims and related supporting documents to ensure genuine & reasonable activities before proceed.
  10. Ensure all the creditors invoices are supported by approved genuine Purchase Orders before submitted to superior for payments.
  11. Updates Fixed Assets listing.
  12. Perform monthly stock cycle count and reporting to Director.
  13. Liaise with other department to collect related information for the products costing.
  14. Provide the financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investment, pricing decision and contract negotiation.
  15. Maintain updated and precise attendance filling records.
  16. Process payroll.
  17. Handle and ensure all related shipping documents such as Packing lists, OBL, Form D & etc. for overseas shipments are processed before deadline.
  18. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  1. Possess Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Accounting.
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  3. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.), proficient in SQL accounting will be an advantage.
  4. Good interpersonal skills, active team participation, strong problem solving & analytical skills, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Required language(s): Mandarin & English.
Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
  • Production planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
  1. Based on the new product design provided by Production Specialist, design process flow required to produce a new product. Conduct time and motion study on every product parts, and construct the most efficient job process for a product.
  2. Define the standard operating time for every product parts. Collect and assess data about the production progress and team performance to ensure strict compliance.
  3. Planning for the size of workforce required to meet all job orders.
  4. Liaise with sales department to determine customer requirements prior to production planning.
  5. Develop production schedule detailing all tasks and deadline to meet the shipment dates. Monitor the process to ensure all the jobs are done according to the planning.
  6. Liaise with other related departments to ensure all workers, materials and machineries will be available when required.
  7. Production rescheduling in case of workforce shortage and operating assets malfunctions.
  8. Schedule new product sample test run. Monitor, gather time data, and review along the course of process for productivity improvement purpose.
  9. Schedule for operating assets maintenance as per requirements from Mechanical Production Specialist.
  10. Setup production working SOP, and train the production workers the right working methods to achieve maximum output.
  11. Collect and assess reports from subordinates about the production and team performance
  12. Submit production progress reports and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
  13. Planning overtime duty roster for production operators.
  14. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Operations/Manufacturing Management, or at least 3 years working experience in related position will be considered.
  2. Good communication skills (both written and oral).
  3. Team player and can work under pressure.
  4. Good planning and organising skills.
  5. Willing to work overtime.
  6. Familiar in Excel and Words, and any other computer related knowledge will be an advantage.
  7. Possess own transports.
Mechanical Specialist
Job Summary:
  • Product design evaluation, operating assets efficiency planning and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all new product designs (BOM Lists, Drawing, Breakdown, Cutting Plan, Boring Plan, Packing Plan and Assembly Instruction & etc.) are complete and precise before test run. Advise Product Designer any amendments for quality improvement.
  2. Design jigs and molds to enhance productivity and product quality. Ensure all the jigs, molds, tools and operating assets are safe and well maintained.
  3. Planning for equipment required to meet all job orders.
  4. Conduct new product sample test run as scheduled. Monitor, gather time data, and review along the course of process for productivity improvement purpose.
  5. Setup machines & tools handling and maintenance SOP. Train the production workers the right methods in setting, operating and maintaining machines and tools.
  6. Based on the daily production schedules, ensure all the operating assets are well prepared by Production Technicians. Troubleshooting operating assets malfunctions to minimise the costs of downtime.
  7. Advise Production Specialist (Operations) the operating assets maintenance timeline. Ensure Production Technicians conduct maintenance as scheduled by Production Specialist (Operations).
  8. Monitor the performance of all the operating assets. Propose to superior for possible upgrading or modification options in order to improve the production output or product quality.
  9. Planning overtime duty roster for production technicians.
  10. Collect and assess reports from subordinates about the production and team performance.
  11. Submit production progress reports and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
  12. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Production Line Leader
Job Summary:
  • Coordinating all the production jobs to ensure products are produced on time and in good quality.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the line operators to achieve all the production targets.
  2. Assign work to line operators.
  3. Train new operator.
  4. Ensure all employees abide by the safety regulation.
  5. Ensure all the materials required are ready before production start.
  6. Maintain 5S housekeeping in workplace.
  7. Escalate production issue to Production Supervisor or Production Manager as needed.
  8. Perform quality check of the line.
  9. Review line operators’ performance.
  10. Submit reports to superior on time.
  11. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Production Operator
Job Summary:
  • To ensure all production jobs are accomplished on time, in good quality and with high efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  1. Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
  2. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
  3. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
  4. Provide assistance to junior operator in their assign responsibilities.
  5. Work under the guidance of superior to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
  6. Follow safety procedure and company policy for equipment operation.
  7. Identify and report unsafe operation to Supervisor immediately.
  8. Maintain the work area clean, safe and organised.
  9. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
